New York—Here’s a collection that makes you wish for a rainy day. As an effort to raise money for his AWEARNESS, The Kenneth Cole Foundation, a not-for-profit entity devoted to awareness and prevention of HIV/AIDS, designer Kenneth Cole is launching a limited edition rubber collection for holiday.

“Save a skin—wear rubber!” says Cole about the collection consisting of unisex rubber rain boots, a tote, duffel, iPad case, luggage tag, zip and bifold wallets retailing from $18 to $198. “What you stand for is more important than what you stand in” Cole has often said, so he plans to donate 100% of the net profits from the sale of this rubber collection to AWEARNESS, The Kenneth Cole Foundation.

Since 1985, Cole has been an advocate on behalf of AIDS research. He has often lent his creative voice to social messaging combating the stigma of HIV/AIDS.  He also serves as chairman of amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research.
