The collection will be produced in partnership with the McGee Group, who already counts Badgely Mischka, Vera Bradley and others on their licensing roster. The industry got its first glance at the new styles during Vision Expo West in Las Vegas last month, where they laid eyes on 14 ophthalmic, ranging from $185 – $205, and eight sunwear styles, with retail price points from $128 – $168, in Turk’s signature eclectic prints.
Our favorites include the Seychelles, a rounded cateye shape with a tropical-inspired black and white print (pictured above) and the retro Topanga frames (pictured below), an oversized circular silhouette. Both styles retail for $168 and, along with the entire collection, are currently available at Trina Turk boutiques and at TrinaTurk.com, as well as eye care providers nationwide.
“We are excited to launch eyewear and sunwear with the McGee goup,” Turk said in a statement. “Our collaboration interprets the color and print DNA of Trina Turk in to a collection that truly reflects the California optimism of our brand.”
