Santa Monica, CA—TOMS, the footwear brand that matches every pair of shoes sold with a new pair to a child in need, has once again teamed up with renowned home designer Jonathan Adler for another collaboration this spring.
The capsule collection is the second collaboration between TOMS and Adler. The first was an eyewear collection for Summer 2013.
Bold Colors, Graphic Prints
Now the expanded collection is said to fuse Adler’s signature graphics and pops of color with some of the newest TOMS silhouettes for both shoes and eyewear.
The TOMS x Jonathan Adler shoe collection will be available in five women’s classics styles and two Correa sandal styles. The eyewear collection is comprised of three styles, the Kitty, Lobamba and Marco; each inscribed with the phrase “our glasses make you look smarter” and paired with a striped case.
The entire collection will be available at Nordstrom and TOMS.com with footwear retailing at $59, and eyewear ranging between $160 to $170. In addition, all eyewear styles will be sold at Jonathan Adler stores in Austin, Dallas, Georgetown, Greenwich, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Newport Beach and San Francisco.
Adler, who grew his business from being a potter to a wide range of home fashions, is known for mixing and matching of bold colors and graphic patterns. Nor is this Adler’s first foray into the world of fashion. Previously he’s collaborated on an accessories collection for Bloomingdale’s, Starbucks (RED) project and was selected as Lacoste’s 6th Annual Collectors series artist.
As always, with every pair of shoes purchased, TOMS will give a pair of shoes to someone in need and with every pair of eyewear purchased, TOMS will help restore sight to someone in need. www.toms.com
