Want to be a Swiftie? Based on the success of last month’s Reputation pop up in New York tied around her latest album release, Taylor Swift has opened a week-long site in Santa Monica. Now, West Coast fans can shop exclusive merchandise tops and accessories like snake-themed bracelets and hats and relish in all things Taylor Swift. After all, the pop star’s tour isn’t coming to Santa Monica until May 2018.
The overall vibe is “rock luxury,” and visitors to the pop up can see exclusive fashion styles worn in the Look What You Made Me Do video as well as sit in the golden snake throne. Naturally, it’s all fun, interactive and highly Instagrammable. Consumers can browse performance costumes on display as well as immerse themselves in the “Making of a Song” experiential area.
Will Swift make an appearance? Don’t be surprised. Always one to interact with fans, she did hit the New York pop up, snapping photos with visitors.
The California pop up runs through this Saturday at 10pm at Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade. Those that can’t make the pop up can also purchase merchandise on store.taylorswift.com/reputation
