“Rainbow Bright” sunglasses by Peepers

Michigan City, IN—Peepers Reading Glasses, a leading manufacturer of both classic and fashion-forward eyewear for more than 30 years, has expanded into a collection of 37 styles of sunglasses at retails between $17 to $40.

The collection is described as having styles ranging from classic Hollywood to hipster chic, many in a range of Pantone colors or color blocking.

Among the highlights are “Rainbow Bright”: 80’s retro-inspired frame paired with vivid colors of red, orange, yellow, and more( MSRP $17); “Va Va Voom”: medium-sized frame with cat eye flair corners in animal print and solid black. (MSRP: $17);”Posh”: large-lens sunglasses with zebra and tortoise prints. (MSRP: $17) “Clark Kent”: frames like those worn by the famed character. (MSRP: $17); “The Wright Stuff”: aviator-style frames in both gold and silver. (MSRP: $17); and, “Risky Business”: they pay homage to the famous sunglasses worn in the popular film. (MSRP: $40)

Peepers Reading Glasses has been increasing its fashion offerings over the last two years, a move that the company claims has doubled its business it has doubled its business over the last year. The addition of the sunglass collection is expected to further that growth.

Founded in 1952, Peepers Reading Glasses is a subsidiary of Sammann Company, which is a fourth generation family-owned and operated business. The company’s merchandise can be found at more than 3,500 retail environments in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.
