Since we’re always seeking new and innovative ways to carry our phones (short of stapling them to our hand), we’re always thrilled to see hand-free options come down the runway. From ready-to-wear coordinated fanny packs to hand-held pouches that wrapped up the arm, we’re ready for whatever Apple throws at us with its latest launch. Creatures of the Wind debuted a collaboration of mini cell-phone bags with Cuyana at the show Saturday.

Chromat is a swim line but it’s safe to say, the accessories made the biggest splash at its SS18 show. Clear straps wrapped snugly and suggestively around necks, waists and torsos, accented with rings, chains and crystals. Call it 50 Shades of Translucence.

Fashion’s favorite outcast, Jeremy Scott, always reminds us that we shouldn’t take fashion too seriously. Scott’s view for 2018 involves neon brights, crystal-studded mesh and comic-book artwork. The accessories remind us of our angsty teenage years, with backwards baseball caps, backpacks and Doc Martens. Lace-up collars, reusable grocery totes and brightly patterned snakeskin bags were also brought into the mix, because in Jeremy’s world, anything goes.
