We made it to the end of fashion week, but not before taking in the amazing Marchesa spring 2017 show. Dresses featured dramatic fringe and jeweled details, enhanced statement-making accessories as models walked down the runway to dreamy music.
Oversized, jeweled barrettes held models’ hair back while making an elegant evening statement.
Shoulder-grazing earrings were key to topping off several looks. Others featured intricate ear cuffs and barrette combinations.
The finale came by way of this crystal burn-out gown topped off with the most beautifully draped chiffon cape.
Meanwhile, Accessories Editor-in-Chief Lauren Parker dropped in at Lord & Taylor, where they launched their latest Birdcage theme “French Kiss” with French and French-themed items. Click here to see the full story.
Straight from Marchesa, we headed over to the Adrienne Landau presentation, where we were treated to fur stoles and handbags in black and white with bright accents.
One of our favorites from the collection, a whimsical bright green fur tote!
And, that’s a wrap on NYFW… thanks for coming along for the ride!
