Conklin, NY—The Muck Boot brand, best known for—well—muck boots for farm, equestrian and winter outdoor activities, has jumped into the crowded fashion footwear puddle with a line of women’s rain boots.
The new “Dove” and “Sparrow” muck rain boots have married the plush, fluffy comfort of faux fur boa with a classic wellie rain boot look, says Katie Cahill, fashion director at Rain Boots Online. The adjustable side buckle and strap of the “Sparrow” style permits the boots to fit both narrow and wider calves. The “Dove” has top lacing and a plush, two-and-a-half-inch outer fur cuff.
Muck’s new “Croc” adds a crocodile skin texture to rain boots in a range of bold solid colors. “The Croc look is so universal that it complements almost any clothing option, while still standing out with a sleek silhouette,” Cahill says.
Muck Rain Boots are part of the company’s new All Terrain Collection, a line that is bringing more color and style to the outdoor brand. The 100% waterproof boots retail between $59.95 to $99.95 With a limited production run, the new Muck Rain Boots are going to have “the air of exclusivity that women want, in a brand name that is synonymous with comfort and function,” Cahill says.
The Muck Rain Boots are available in select retail stores and online at rainbootsonline.com and muckbootsonline.com.
