Oh yes she did! Katy Perry wears a light-up LED dress to the 2010 Costume Institute Gala. What will this year's top fashion story be?

New York—Remember Katy Perry’s blinking LED light circuit dress? Or Blake lively walking arm in arm with Karl Lagerfeld as the new Chanel Girl?

What will this year’s event fashion buzz be? Tune in tonight to find out.

The Red Carpet spectacle before the annual Costume Institute Gala is often more exciting than the Academy Awards, as it features luminaries from the colliding worlds of art, fashion, music and film, and usually a nod to the featured designer(s).

This year’s event coincides with the opening of summer blockbuster “Prada and Schiaparelli: Impossible Conversations,” and while we expect lots of Prada designs–new and old–and even a Schiaparelli or two, we can’t wait to see what else walks down the red carpet.

What’s even more exciting is that for the first time in its history, red carpet arrivals will be live-streamed online tonight, giving millions of viewers a front-row seat to the fashion extravaganza, not to mention the opportunity to engage and interact.
