Eyewear industry leader Marcolin Group announces today that Davide Rettore will take over as CEO North America of Marcolin USA Eyewear Corp. Rettore, who will be responsible for business development in the U.S. and Canada, returns to the brand after a three-year stint with Kering eyewear.
North America is a key market for Marcolin Group, representing almost 45% of global sales, with a high potential to be further explored for ophthalmic eyewear and sunglasses, leveraging the company’s well-known designing and manufacturing capabilities. Marcolin Group is globally recognized for its near-60 years of expertise in design, manufacturing and distribution of eyeglasses and sunglasses for some of the most well-known brands in the industry, including Balenciaga, Diesel, Emilio Pucci and Roberto Cavalli.
