Paris—For a group of eight finalists for the second edition of the LVMH Young Fashion Designer Prize it’s going to be a nail biter right up to the finals in May.

On Wednesday, LVMH announced the eight finalists, culled down from 26 semifinalists who presented their creations to a panel of experts during Paris Fashion Week.

The finalists are: Arthur Arbesser, Coperni, Craig Green, Faustine Steinmetz, Jacquemus, Marques’ Almeida, Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh and Vetements.

The 8 final designers will return to Paris in May to meet the jury who will elect the winner of the LVMH Young Fashion Designer Prize 2015 edition. The members of the jury are: Phoebe Philo (Céline), Carol Lim and Humberto Leon (Kenzo), Raf Simons (Dior), Karl Lagerfeld (Fendi), Riccardo Tisci (Givenchy), Jonathan Anderson (Loewe), Nicolas Ghesquière (Louis Vuitton) and Marc Jacobs (Marc Jacobs) as well as Delphine Arnault (member of the LVMH Board of Directors), Jean-Paul Claverie (Advisor to Bernard Arnault) and Pierre-Yves Roussel (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the LVMH Fashion Division).

This year’s finalists hail from Austria, France, England, Portugal, the United States, and Germany. And on May 22, they will come together once more at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris to present their visions to the Prize jury for a chance to take home the 300,000 euro purse.
