New York—Laurence R. Grunstein has been unanimously appointed chief executive officer—effective immediately for Circa, the company’s board of directors announced Tuesday.
In this role, he will assume overall responsibility for Cira, including all lines of business and all functional groups within Circa.

Grunstein brings more than 40 years of senior executive experience in the watch and jewelry industry as well as having served as Chairman of a number of jewelry industry associations and charities. Most recently he served as President/Chief Executive Officer of Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc. & its subsidiaries.
