New York — On the last day of September, Jewelers of America hosted its annual preview at the Press Lounge atop the Ink48 Hotel. Overlooking the rainy West Side, the presentation brightened the day with sparkly fine jewelry looks, including pieces from the Cultured Pearl Association of America, Platinum Guild International and Silver Promotion Services. The jewels were polished with a strikingly feminine aesthetic. Let’s relive the event with some of our favorite pieces:

ELI FREI: This multi-color butterfly pin with black diamonds, emerald, ruby, amethyst and sapphires set in 18K yellow gold is for those of us who gravitate toward big and colorful.

PAUL DUMONT: 18K white gold earrings with blue topaz, emerald and diamond inlay. The tassels are detachable, which makes them really versatile. (Photo: Accessories Magazine Instagram)

BAGGINS, INC.: 18K white gold earrings with Tahitian pearls, Akoya pearls and diamonds.

IMPERIAL PEARL: Rows of multi-sized pearl, amethyst and diamond set in 14K gold.

‘Symphony’ sterling silver earrings by ED LEVIN – think: a set of deconstructed music notes.

Leafy shapes have been the mainstays of KELIM JEWELRY DESIGN. These ultra slim earrings in matte sterling silver are light as a feather. (Photo: Accessories Magazine Instagram)
