Can a necklace zen you out?

Jewelry might not be the first category that comes to mind when thinking of the growing Wellness category, but jewelry company Komusō wants to change that.

Founded by husband and wife duo Todd and Vanessa Steinberg, along with psychotherapist, Daniel Epstein. Komusō’s The Shift™ collection is a “new tool that eases anxiety and elevates consciousness by slowing breath.”

Handcrafted in Rhode Island, the collection is inspired by ancient wisdom and translates into modern day.

How does it work? Through a process of inhaling and exhaling through the jewelry at prescribed intervals, the pace slows down the brain and body for a restorative effect.

The wellness jewelry line retails from $85 – $115 and is available for men and women in a variety of metals.
