San Jose, CA—The Neiman Marcus x Target limited edition holiday collection isn’t going to be the only holiday merchandise that’s a collaboration between a major retailer and top designers.

Starting November 12, eBay will launch a 40+ piece collection in partnership with designers Billy Reid, Chris Benz, Fallon, Jonathan Adler, Ruffian, Steven Alan and Tibi.

Available online at “Buy it Now” retails of $50 to $100, eBay Holiday Collective will consist of men’s and women’s apparel, jewelry, travel and electronics accessories and home décor.

“The eBay Holiday Collective marks another milestone for eBay in the fashion category,” said Jeff Somers, general manager of Fashion, eBay.

“Similar to the recently announced Neiman’s and Target and Nordstrom and Topshop collaborations, our partnerships are another sign of the retail revolution under way. As consumers seek seamless, multichannel, anytime-anywhere shopping, creative collaborations point to the future of commerce. Our focus is on enabling commerce, and we’re achieving that by serving as a partner to retailers of all sizes.”

Somers said the selected designers were chosen based upon “their genuine enthusiasm for eBay,” originality and distinct point of view.

The participating designers will also deliver holiday shopping inspiration by curating wish lists and gift lists featuring their favorite finds from eBay. These gift guides will be accessible online “and on-the-go through eBay’s mobile app.”
