Drew Barrymore Launches Dear Drew Lifestyle Brand on Amazon Fashion

Drew Barrymore certainly isn’t the first celebrity to launch a lifestyle brand, but she is the first to do it on Amazon Fashion.

The “Dear Drew” line is an extension of the busy actress/entrepreneur/mom, whose brand already includes the Flower beauty line sold exclusively at Wal-mart and a new book called Find It In Everything. While Flower includes eyewear (licensed to Marchon Eyewear), Dear Drew is a more comprehensive fashion and accessories collection, including intimates, jewelry, accessories and hair tools.

Amazon has been actively courting the fashion space, having launched seven in-house fashion brands last year on the site, but enlisting the A-List Barrymore is a definite new step for the company.

ACCESSORIES ON BRAND
As expected, the accessories are chic with a touch of whimsy, just like the star herself.

 

As we all “heart” Drew, the motif is common in her eponymous collection. In addition, her Find It in Everything book is a collection of Barrymore’s photos of heart-shaped objects and patterns taken over a 10-year period.

Barrymore has described her “Dear Drew” line as a “love letter to women around the world,” reflected down to the packaging.

 

It’s also fitting that she included a scarf with a hand-written message in her own hand writing.

The jewelry is sleek and modern, with touches of color.

Other celebs who entered into the fashion lifestyle mix lately include Reese Witherspoon, whose Draper James line is a nod to her Southern Roots. The Drew Barrymore retails are comparable, offering accessibility with some aspiration.
