Saint Petersburg, FL—One of Broadway’s best belters is ready to shout out about her new jewelry collection with HSN.
Tony- and Emmy-award winning actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth premieres her first jewelry line on Dec. 4 on HSN with a live appearance.
The limited edition collection, which is inspired by Chenoweth’s career and likes, is in sterling silver, plated gold and clear crystals. Retails $29 to $299.
She describes her first jewelry endeavor as “a modern collection featuring inspirational, personalized jewelry.
One of the most iconic elements: Arrows. “They have always been significant in my life, as I am from Broken Arrow. They always point to a direction and are a constant reminder that we`re going somewhere in life.”
Inspiration for the earrings she’s wearing:”My mom had a pair of these in the 70s that I loved. She recently gave them to me and I thought it would be so sweet to give her back a pair of `mine.'”
Chenoweth can also be seen in the recently opened film “The Peanuts Movie,” which goes back to her roots, having won a Tony Award for her performance as “Sally” in “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” in 1999.
In 2003, she received wide notice for originating the role of Glinda in the musical “Wicked,” including a nomination for another Tony. Her television roles have included Annabeth Schott in NBC’s The West Wing and Olive Snook on the ABC comedy-drama Pushing Daisies, for which she won a 2009 Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
