COACH 1941

Coach creative director Stuart Vevers has re-vamped the brand for a younger more fashion forward girl. The Little House on the Prairie inspired collection was full of shearling and puffer style outerwear, biker jackets and midi-length flowy dresses, all which were softened up with sweet embellishments such as sequin roses and lace trims.  Accessories played a key role in the collection with shearling-lined sneakers, furry oversized baseball hats and layered mini handbags and pouches that were covered in novelty motifs and hung from belts and handbags creating a vintage yet soulful appeal.

TORY BURCH

Tory Burch’s Fall/Winter 17 collection was a charming take on her childhood and a look back on her roots.  The mature and elegant collection consisted of an abundance of plaid, A-line skirts as well as rich jacquards and floral patterns. Looks were complemented by accessories such as a pendant necklace inspired by her father’s cigarette lighter, plaid and pearl embellished handbags as well as flats and heels accented with decorative knotted bows.

OSCAR DE LA RENTA

Oscar de la Renta’s Fall/Winter 17 collection was freshened up with the addition of young new creative directors. The youthful line up of slouchy sweaters, jumpsuits and tailor cigarette pants were modern and well designed. The bold metal 3D floral accents were an overarching motif used as brooches, belts and on handbags, as well as fringe like ear crawlers which added a touch of edge to the collection.
