GUCCI

Leave it to Gucci to bring all-out sparkle and glamour to Milan’s Fall 2017 runway. Designer Alessandro Michele showed stackable and detachable belt bags, because one was not enough this season. Blinged-out rings and metal hardware embellishments in the shape of bugs, butterflies and studs topped off outfits. Looks shimmered and shined from head to toe with glitter tights, standout headwear and lame dresses. Gucci’s lesson with this show was that more is more this season.

NO.21

On the other end of the sartorial spectrum. No. 21’s F/W 2017 collection was elegant with classic fall cuts and fabrics topped off with fine knit socks and feminine details like ribbon laces, crystal embellishments on earrings and footwear. Ladylike handbags and clutches employed pieced leather graphics, and looks completed with exaggerated cateye sunglasses.
