Bottega Veneta is in a New York state of mind.
Not only is the Italian fashion house showing at New York Fashion Week (!) for the first time, but it just opened its first Manhattan store. Located on Madison Avenue (the brand’s other two stores are in Milan and Beverly Hills)m the 15-000 square foot store will feature “Icons of New York,” a 33-piece capsule including leathergoods and bags honoring iconic New York themes like the skyline and subway.
The five-floor, Upper East store is Bottega Veneta’s largest door, and carries everything from ready-to-wear, leather goods, eyewear, footwear, timepieces, travel accessories, fragrance, jewelry, handbags and even the home and furniture items. It’s actually three landmarked 19th century townhouses that were originally private residences.
While tourists are sure to love the New York-centric items, we believe this is one collection that affluent locals will rally around as well. Because not only do we (heart) NY, but we (heart) BV too!
