New York–Bella Thorne proved Tuesday night she can really kick up her heels, or in this case, her Crocs. At the show brand’s Crocs Funway Runway launch party, the actress–wearing an adorable summer jumper styled with her favorite pair of black Sexi Flip Crocs sandals –arrived on site with her childhood best friend Alexa Yarnell who was so excited to be in New York City for the week.

The 17 year old, in town doing press for her new TV and film projects, was overheard talking to guests saying Crocs are her favorite summer accessory. “I love to wear them to the beach because I can actually wear them on the water. I hate when sand builds up on the bottom of my feet!”

Guests at the event enjoyed an unique live runway show- which featured models decked in a fun variety of costumes – showcasing Crocs #FindYourFun styles for summer as they brought to life the new Crocs Funway Runway configurator–an online experience which allows you to choose a model, costume, Crocs summer style and music before sending you a personalized Crocs Funway Runway video to share on social media. The catch is that the runway you are sending your model down is an actual water slide!

Guests learned how to create their own #FindYourFun configurator before the amazing Aqualillies delighted the guests in a synchronized swimming entertainment show. The ladies flew through the water to pop songs while showcasing the latest styles for guests.

About Crocs Funway Runway Experience

The Crocs Funway Runway is part of the #FindYourFun campaign, which launched in April and is being executed in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Japan, China and South Korea and encourages consumers to #FindYourFun through innovative imagery featuring Crocs’ iconic clog. The Crocs Funway Runway experience was built in collaboration with Twitter, and allows users to style their own water slide fashion show by choosing a model, outfit, Crocs shoes and music track. Once all selections are made, the user gets a 30-second video of their model splashing down a water slide, which they can share on Facebook and Twitter. There are 135 different Funway Runway combinations users can create, featuring everything from a samba-dancing model wearing clogs, to a dub step-fueled cowboy wearing loafers.
