Sun or snow, the best way to recharge and get fit is to take your sweat-sesh outside. One of my favorite ways to see the city and burn calories at the same time is by going for a long run in Central Park. And even with the chilly temps that we’ve been having in NYC, if you pile on enough layers, it’s easy to get in the grove and work up a sweat. Besides, a little fresh air and some daylight can lift your mood and energize your body helping you stay positive, even in the dreariest winter weather.
