Los Angeles—Flash sale sites seem like a dime a dozen these days, but LuxeYard Inc., a leading flash sale site, this week gave a soft launch to a flash sale first: a site for Spanish and Portuguese speaking shoppers called De La Fashion.
Founded in New York City, the members-only site is a “reconceptualization: of its predecessor, Eopulence.com, and offers consumers direct access to curated luxury merchandise at 20% to 70% off retail prices. De La Fashion will feature men’s and women’s fashions, top cosmetics and beauty essentials and finds for home, garden and backyard needs. Featured brand offerings on the site will include Roberto Cavalli sunglasses, Soho Hearts jewelry, Tripsciusive iPhone cases and Kitsch scarves.
“De La Fashion is the ideal luxury style destination for savvy Latin American and Hispanic shoppers who enjoy living a lavish lifestyle, who fill their homes with distinct furniture and decor and fill their closets with on-trend fashions that epitomize luxury and a life well-lived,” said Christian Vega, president, who was formerly chief of business development at LuxeYard.
To generate traffic and as an incentive program for members, the site is giving cash bonuses to reward members who invite friends to purchase.
De La Fashion will also feature a special online media section that will also be curated through media partner Latin Connoisseur magazine, and will host interviews and articles on Latin celebrities and news and offer Home/Living Do-It-Yourself tips and videos.
