Los Angeles–K. Bell, Inc. has been doing some “sole” searching. This week donate the company, a leading supplier of branded and private label hosiery, donated 10,000 pairs of socks to Soles4Souls as part of its K. Bell Cares initiative.
The Nashville-based Soles4Souls collects footwear donated by companies and individuals and distributes them free to people around the world. Since 2005, Soles4Souls has donated more than 10 million pairs of new and gently worn shoes in 125 countries including Haiti, Kenya, Nepal and even the United States.
“K. Bell is proud to support Soles4Souls who has the capability to touch so many,” said Karen Bell. She added, “Giving back to the community is something that is a given at K. Bell and we are happy we can do this.”
Through its K. Bell Cares initiative, K. Bell has made numerous donations to give back and contribute to the community for the last 25 years. Most recently the company conducted a “Socks for a Smile” campaign for veterans and offered a breast cancer sock collection where a portion of proceeds benefit to the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation.
