Special Seminar on Monday: ‘Inventory is Your Retail Heart…Is It Healthy?’
On Monday, August 22, show attendees are invited to a free special seminar: “Inventory Is Your Retail Heart …Is It Healthy?”, a special presentation by Paul Erickson. The seminar offers insights into: techniques and formulas to improve inventory turnover, cash flow, revenue growth and gross margin; how to increase margins and improving sell throughs.
“While we all think we are familiar with the basics of inventory management, do we see all of the connections between SKUs and financial analysis?” ask Erickson, senior vice president of client services for RMSA, and a leading retail educator.
The seminar begins 8 a.m. on Monday, August 22 in the Bassano Room 2709, Venetian Hotel.
