VäskaSometimes, it’s just about simple juxtaposition.

This minimalist LUMI by Väska bag is a fresh mix of hard and soft–seamlessly fusing genuine sheep shearling with sharp-edged nubuck leather. (And when we say seamlessly, we mean literally. Each bag is 100% handmade using only one piece of material without any stitching.)

Väska launched in Barcelona the end of 2012 and has already caught the attention of the fashion world. Väska comes from the Swedish word for “bag” and its design influences stem from the Fenno-Swedish origins of the designer: think pure Nordic lines combined with a Mediterranean touch.

VaskaIn 2014, Väska was selected as one of the winners (among 14,000 designers) for the “Future of Fashion Program” to present in Paris at Who’s Next Premiere Classe. Väska was also selection for the Origin Passion and Beliefs event in Italy in May of that year.

The bag is also versatile. Featuring one inside pocket, upper handle and a detachable/adjustable shoulder strap, it can be worn as a handbag, messenger bag or backpack.
