Having risen up through the editorial and advertising departments, she’s led the magazine as Publisher for the past 16 years. Lorrie was recently named Director of the Accessories Division for Business Journals. Highly respected in the industry, Lorrie is a valued consultant to many presidents for her knowledge, whether in marketing, developing new divisions, fashion trends, retail or fostering connections.

Sherie has worked in accessories trade publishing for more than 12 years and specializes in producing special advertising sections and coming up with clever and efficient ways for her industry accounts to improve their business, both in print and online. Before coming to Accessories, she worked at Conde Nast on Mademoiselle and Self magazines. Sherie has a BS in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Maryland, College Park.

With more than 20 years in the accessories publishing industry, Lauren has written over 1,000 articles profiling industry experts, retail and marketing executives, designers, manufacturers and more, and traveled internationally for countless trade shows. Lauren has written for National Jeweler, Couture Jeweler, Accent, EyeWear and International Watch, plus art, lifestyle and travel consumer publications like Hampton Country. Lauren frequently judges industry design competitions and speaks about her career at fashion schools, and has presented accessories segments on TV.  She has a BS in Communications from Cornell University.

JEFF PRINE, Editor at Large

Jeff returns as a regular contributor to Accessories magazine. Initially Jeff worked as senior editor at Accessories magazine more than 20 years ago and his love of the industry has followed him until present. Since his tenure here, Jeff has continued to report jewelry, watch and other luxury goods trends as executive editor at Modern Jeweler magazine, fashion director at Lustre, and as contributor on products and trends for consumer and trade publications and websites. In addition to his editorial experience, Jeff also served as an adjunct instructor for accessories merchandising at Fashion Institute of Technology.


Jayne MountfordJAYNE MOUNTFORD, Trend Director
Running trend forecasting service AccessoriesDirections.com, Jayne will also produce seasonal trend webinars. Jayne has worked in the fashion and retail industries for over 15 years, including positions with Promostyl, Macy’s Merchandising Group, as fashion director of accessories, and Stylesight, where she was vice president of trend reporting. Jayne is the founder of Hall-Five.com, a unique website offering the first social media experience for the trend forecasting industry. Her expertise lies in creating product identities via trend research, design development and brand management. Originally from The UK, Jayne lives in New York City.

Gina recently graduated from Marist College with a major in Communication with concentrations in Journalism and Advertising, and minors in Fashion Merchandising and Global Studies. At graduation she also received the faculty award for Excellence in Journalism. Having interned with Accessories in 2008 and assisted with the Accessories 100 year anniversary party, she knew this was a career path she wanted to take. Previous internships included Milford Living Magazine, Hudson Valley Magazine, Tom Martinelli Custom Publishing, and even production with NBC 4 New York with the legendary Gabe Pressman. The profile piece she created with Gabe Pressman at NBC about the Garment District was Emmy Nominated in 2012.
