Milwaukee, WI—The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. which operates Bon-Ton, Boston Store, Bergner’s, Carson’s, Elder-Beerman, Herberger’s and Younkers stores, will kick off its annual trademarked program, Charge Against Breast Cancer, October Pink Shops on September 17.
The program will run in all 262 Bon-Ton Department stores throughout the month of October, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
This year’s beneficiaries include: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center, Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Iowa; Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation; and Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota.
Bon-Ton has donated $4.6 million to these charities throughout the years.
