What is more “edgy luxe” than velvet mixed with leather? How about matte black hardware and a spike turn lock closure.

Emmaline Kuo Ranzman started the Emm Kuo brand in 2011 and quickly became known for her gorgeous minaudierés carried by celebrities on all the major red carpets. The minaudierés are made from quality materials, like shells and crystals, making them very elegant and a complement to red carpet gowns. The Emm Kuo brand is branching out with designs of more edgy, yet still elegant, cross-body bags in a variety of leathers.

This one, the Sevres bag, is luxurious with a mix of navy blue velvet and black leather with an embroidered look. The Serves bag has a front flap with a twist lock to keep everything inside, with matte black hardware and a black matte chain strap. The velvet makes the bag luxurious, while the leather gives it that touch of edginess.

Perfect for that black tie event in the coolest part of town.
