Hey, Sporties! It’s about that time … it’s “Workout Wednesday”! If you’ve been following me from the start, you know that fitness has always been a huge part of my life, just as much as fashion and beauty (my other two loves). And, not just on Wednesday’s, but EVERYDAY! It’s important to incorporate healthy habits and activities into your lifestyle to make “active living” FUN, instead of it being a chore. Whether it’s your favorite yoga class, a run/walk in the park, or a swim in the salty sea, do what works for you and your body mixing in new moves to keep your muscles surprised and strong.
Also, you can check my #NYCPrettyFitness hashtag on Instagram to see lots of my favorite workouts, outdoor activities and tons of cool fitness gear to go with! After all, who doesn’t love a hot-hued sports bra and a pair of sassy NYCPretty short-shorts to make
sweat-seshes more fab?

And stay tuned for more fun fitness vids soon!
