Dallas—Nolan Glove Co., the 94-year-old family run business specializing in children’s headwear and cold weather accessories, has been purchased by Bioworld Merchandising Inc., an international design and distribution company for licensed and private label apparel, headwear, and accessories. Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.

As a newly created division, Nolan Originals will continue to work with brands, such Carters, Osh Kosh, and Laundry by Shelli Segal, as well as, Nolan Glove’s private label brands. The goal is to build upon Nolan’s heritage and reputation and to create a broader platform for children’s accessories.

Nolan will also continue to operate out of its Manhattan offices at 22 W. 38th Street, 6th floor.
