New York—You probably don’t want to hold your breath to see Sarah Jessica Parker and her cohorts in “Sex and the City 3.” According to Parker, a third installment of the successful and much beloved franchise is planned, but still a ways off.
But soon you can see Parker in person at a new pop-up store in Manhattan as well as six Nordstrom locations as part of the launch of SJP, her new shoe line.
Since Nordstrom’s Manhattan store isn’t slated to open until 2018, the retailer plans a special SJP pop-up shop at 372 West Broadway from Feb. 28 to March 2. Parker is supposedly going to be on hand at the shop everyday that it is open.
Then she’ll travel to Nordstrom’s Seattle flagship on March 5, then to The Grove store in Los Angeles on March 6, then the Michigan Avenue store in Chicago for March 7. By March 8, she’ll be down in Miami at the Aventura Mall Nordstrom then to NorthPark in Dallas for March 9.
Parker gave Oprah BFF Gayle King a preview of her collection which is featured in the February issue of O. Retail price range on the shoes are between $195 to $485. Handbags will retail at $375 and under.
Nordstrom launched a microsite on its website that will have details on the collection, Parker’s appearances and a listing of stores that will carry the Italian-made collection.
