Item of the Day: Diana Warner

It’s the dead of winter, the Polar Vortex has joined the vernacular and it’s way too cold to enjoy Central Park in any sort of winter wonderland capacity.

However, with no Caribbean vacation in sight, we’re going to dig in and celebrate the season–and not in a hokey, snowflake pendant kind of way. We’re feeling a bit more artsy and abstract today, so we were thrilled to stumble upon this necklace by Diana Warner New York.

Part of the Eimear collection, this sprinkle of icy stones captures all the shades of white and blue on a crisp, winter’s day (Indian sapphire, golden shadow, and silver shadow Swarovski crystals, to be exact).

And what you can’t tell from the photo, is that this is a looong necklace—30 inches in chain length with a three-inch pendant—so the drama is amplified. This Diana Warner piece also comes in various metal choices, including Antique Brass, Antique Rose, Antique Silver, Gold, Gunmetal, Rose and Silver.

So slip it on and let the winter’s light bounce off the stones. And don’t forget to bundle up!
