New York—Nearly 5,000 miles separate New York from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. But beginning Oct. 15 for a week, the flavors, fashions, foods, and other cultural arts from the South American nation will be on display as part of BeBrasil, a pop-up festival on West Broadway.
An array of innovative Brazilian products will be on display through Oct. 22 from the worlds of fashion (South America is a trending for Spring 2014 remember?), architecture, food and beverages, plastics, cosmetics, film, music aerospace and technology.
BeBrasil is an initiative organized by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil).
BeBrasil is open to the public, and expects to attract hundreds of visitors each day. With renowned influencers on the guest list, including Brazilian chefs, models and other tastemakers, the event is truly unlike any other in New York, organizers promise.
