Milan Fashion Week–The key to fashion is taking something already popular and evolving it into something new and covet-worthy. Fendi did just that with trendy themes like colorblocking, sheer overlays and transparent plastics. The result: a lovely graphic collection in tonal shades of grays, oranges and blues. Dresses featured vertical or diagonal layers with graphic cuts into them, handbags used a prism effect, while shoes built up colors with tonal layers of transparent plastic. A nice evolution from Fendi’s opaque plastics from Spring 2013.
