New York Fashion Week–Fashion’s Bad Boy Darling did it again. Yes it was dark and heavy for spring but upon closer look there were a ton of great–and applicable–ideas on trim and embellishments: military-inspired epaulettes, tightly grouped covered buttons, Victorian/gothic trim, passimenterie, tassels, appliqued sequin flowers and leaves, graphic tropical prints and large lace-like flowers.
