Check Out The Accessory Project During Fashion Week

New York–In between watching models strut the catwalks at Lincoln Center and tweeting the latest trends on your Instagram, make some time for The Accessory Project, an event and panel discussion revolving around accessories during New York Fashion Week.

Held the morning of September 9 and geared toward journalists, buyers and stylists, the event will feature 20 brand presentations as well as a panel of industry experts discussing accessories from a business and Fall/Winter/Holiday trend perspective.

The event is sponsored by the Accessories Council.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. with panel and Q&A to run from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. A reception will follow immediately after from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Panelists include: Raakhee Mirchandani, Singh Daily News Managing Editor / Features; Jill Zarin, TV personality, Shapewear + Jewelry designer; Denise Albert & Melissa Gerstein, The Moms Co-Founders; Lilliana Vazquez Style Expert; and Karen Giberson Accessories Council, President. Each will talk on a trend important to their constituencies.
