New York—Cameron Diaz is taking on a new role that doesn’t involve the Silver Screen. The 40-year-old actress has signed with Pour La Victoire (PLV), the contemporary footwear and accessories company.
The “Gambit” star (who’ll appear in next year’s “Annie” remake) says she’s planning to be more than a pretty face. In fact, she’ll become artistic director for PLV where she will actually create designs and collections for the company and be involved with the Pour La Victoire are planning an autumn campaign called ‘Cameron’s Picks’ which will see the A-lister’s favorite items promoted online and on social media.
She’s reportedly so invested in the concept, she actually has a financial stake in PLV Studio Inc, parent company of PLV.
Her collections are scheduled to premiere next year, but in the meantime PLV will be touting a fall campaign called “Cameron’s Pick’s,” featuring her favorite pieces promoted online and in social media.
