TaylorSays printed shoes–a selection from two different pairs

While high heels with red soles from a certain shoe company have been known to throw consumers into a tizzy, here’s something completely different to really make you want to keep up your heels.

TaylorSays is a new line of shoes that makes the soles the focal point, featuring original artwork by designer Taylor Reeve.

Images of her paintings—from Day of the Dead skulls to butterflies to lions to sea life motifs—are screen printed directly onto the leather soles.

Reeve made a name for herself doing unconventional paintings—working on motorcycles and surfboards, for starters.

TaylorSays turns this into wearable art for women who aren’t afraid to express themselves.
