Share Digital Postcards with Swarovski’s Erika and Eliot App

New York—They’re sparklier than those pesky Travelocity gnomes and a lot more fun to travel with. At least that’s the idea behind Swarovski’s latest marketing program, which incorporates characters Erika and Eliot—bejeweled figures introduced into the line in 2008.

The app, which is available through Facebook, allows users to upload travel photos (or any photos, really), and set them against Erika and Eliot backgrounds. They can then share their virtual postcards with friends, pin them to Pinterest, post to blogs, etc.

The app is inspired by the “Erika & Eliot Around the World” collection, which features jewelry and accesories inspired by 13 countries including the United States, China, Italy, South Korea, Brazil, Russia, Spain, France, Switzerland, Austria, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Germany.

So if you’re looking for the perfect backdrop for you and your hubby in front of Big Ben in London, why not set it against Erika and Eliot dressed as guards? Talk about livening up your photos!

Available through June 4.
