PS Brands to Market Hind Performance Socks

Hind is expanding beyond its roots in swimming to running, fitness etc., expanding product offerings.

Englewood, CO—PS Brands is one of the latest licensees to sign on with Collective Licensing International, (CLI), a subsidiary of Collective Brands, in its expansion plans for Hind, a leading performance brand.

PS Brands signed a multi-year deal to license Hind  for performance socks in North America with the first collection hitting retailers this summer.

“PS Brands is the perfect group to help us bring the Hind brand back into the performance sock market,” said Bruce Pettet, CEO of CLI, the company that owns the Hind brand. “The company is a true leader in the sock category, and we see a very positive future in this new partnership.”

Founded in 1974, Hind is a leading performance brand created to maximize the potential of the individual athlete. Originally focused on competition and active swim apparel, the brand has since expanded into running, cycling, and outerwear and fitness apparel for both the male and female athlete. Its first footwear collection, a license with Mercury International Trading Corp., is scheduled to hit shelves this summers, too.
