Item of the Day

We’ve all seen our share of skeleton mechanical watches, where the dial or transparent caseback reveals a whole world of miniature gears and time-telling parts. While the advent of the quartz watch made the view a bit less dramatic with its standard round battery, they still remained pretty cool.

But this Killer Shark Skeleton watch from Shark Freestyle, division of Geneva, a Binda Company, takes the skeleton concept to the next level. As the watch is digital, the inner movement is a miniature…wait for it…circuit board!

OK, we don’t  know how they work, nor do we really want to, but our digital watches have been getting us to work on time for years so we’ll just let the geek gods continue to do their thing behind the scenes.
