Hollywood–Famed lingerie house Frederick’s of Hollywood Group Inc. has signed three separate multi-year licenses as part of its strategy to move into new product categories and become a women’s lifestyle brand.

Two of the licenses are for accessories classifications: a branded accessories collection with Roffe Accessories Inc, which includes scarves, belts, woven shirts and knit tops; and branded jewelry with Silver Moon Creations Inc. A third license was signed with Mystery House Costumes for branded Halloween costumes.

“The goal of our licensing programme is to identify products in new categories that enhance the Frederick’s of Hollywood brand,” said Thomas Lynch, the company’s chairman and chief executive officer on Wednesday. “These three new license agreements, and our previously announced swimwear license agreement with Blue By Yoo, will help us achieve this goal.”

The licensed merchandise will be sold through Frederick’s of Hollywood’s retail locations, website and catalogue, as well as through the licensees’ distribution channels to certain retailers.

“In addition to extending the reach of our brand, this program will allow us to generate licensing revenue and increase retail sales with the introduction of exciting new products in new categories,” Lynch added.
