Eugenia Kim Collaborates Chic Baseball Hats for Timo Weiland

Eugenia Kim x Timo Weiland collaboration

New York–If anyone can elevate the lowly baseball hat to designer status, it’s CFDA-winning milliner Eugenia Kim.

That’s why Timo Weiland commissioned her to create a chic capsule collection of wide-brimmed, backward baseball caps. The hats will feature seven signature Timo Weiland prints.

“Our vibrant prints and colors, combined with our playful, optimistic silhouettes gave way for the perfect partnership with Eugenia’s quirky sense of style!” says Timo Weiland, designer.

Timo Weiland’s Spring collection was inspired by artist Jean-Michel Basquiat’s time spent in Hawaii later in his life. The collection features colors of an ocean landscape-crisp whites, sandy neutrals, tangerine, fuchsia, tropical greens and blues from a bright sky blue to a deeper midnight blue.

“The Timo Weiland woman and Eugenia Kim woman are one in the same since they both achieve casual sophistication, expertly combining a playful and charming beach vibe with a downtown, hip aesthetic,” says Eugenia Kim.

The caps will retail for $195 each.

This is not the first time Timo Weiland has done a fashion collaboration. He recently partnered with Tsubo on a hip footwear collection.
