In a statement, Luxottica executives announced a three-year renewal for the design, production and global distribution of prescription frames and sunglasses under the Anne Klein New York brand owned by Jones Apparel Group. The Anne Klein license will extend through 2012 with a provision for further renewal.
The Brooks Brothers license, also for the design, production and global distribution of prescription frames and sunglasses, will be extended through December 2014 with an option for further five year-extensions under the same terms. The Brooks Brothers brand is part of Retail Brand Alliance, Inc.
