Jewelry Designer’s Dream Come True: A Website

Contemporary look LA Style from Bri Hana

Los Angeles—Jewelry designer Stacey Johnson says her dream came true today with the launch of her online retail site, Bri Hana.

Named after her two children, Bri Hana reflects Johnson’s personality and Los Angeles fashion sensibility incorporating a modern flair with a subtle femininity and natural stones.

“Mom was always creating her own looks and was especially fond of unique jewelry pieces,” says Johnson of her French-born mother. “From a young age, I wanted to follow in her footsteps and have been designing now for many years. Bri Hana is the culmination of that journey.”

Each Bri Hana piece is stamped and handcrafted in the United States and has an organic feeling, derived from “inspiration from my native surroundings in Southern California and a love of contemporary fashion.” Among her favorite stones used in the collection include agate, black and white diamonds, natural turquoise, natural corral and amethyst, among others.

Retails range from about $75 to $600 depending upon the metal: gold filled, sterling silver and 14K gold.

Bri Hana Jewelry donates a percentage of its proceeds to the Desert Breast Institute (DBI) in Rancho Mirage, California. DBI is known for its cutting edge cancer research. Johnson’s mother died several years ago from breast cancer. www.brihanajewelry.com.
